I was writing commercials when I was in elementary school… 100% truth. We traveled often when I was growing up and since I couldn’t read (motion sickness is real) I dreamed up commercials and wrote them down once I was stationary again. I even wrote my first screenplay during my sophomore year in high school.
Real talk, okay. People aren’t coming to your site just to look at pretty pictures and an awesome color palette. They are coming to your site in the hope that you can solve their problem. You don’t want to bog down your site with marketing chatter. Just get to the point. Tell your customers how YOU can solve their problems.
I’ve been making up stories and creating content for as long as I can remember.
I’ve created content for Lifetime Network, Toyota, Closet Factory, Tamron, and more recently Content Science Magazine. My blog was listed in Forbes.com for Best Blogs for Mom Entrepreneurs.
Now I work with clients to set business and content strategy goals that both meet the needs of the customer and the brand.
